The Service is operated by Crahooli s.r.o. ("Crahooli", "Ceremo", "we", "us", or "our").
By creating an account, purchasing an event pass or subscription, creating an event, uploading content, submitting an RSVP, accessing an event link or QR code, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

- Create wedding events
- Invite guests
- Manage guest lists and RSVP responses
- Send RSVP invitations and reminders

- Collect photos, videos, and voice memos
- Display media galleries

Ceremo is a technical platform. We do not organize weddings, verify guest identities, guarantee attendance, moderate every upload in advance, or control what users do with content after they access, download, copy, screenshot, screen record, or share it.
3. Eligibility and age requirements
You must be at least 18 years old to create a Ceremo account, create an event, purchase an event pass, or purchase a subscription.
Guests may use invitation, RSVP, upload, or event links without creating an account. Children should only use Ceremo with permission from a parent, legal guardian, or the relevant event organizer.
By using the Service, you confirm that you meet the applicable age requirement and have legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
4. Accounts
To use certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for the following account obligations.
- Providing accurate account information
- Keeping your login credentials secure
- All activity under your account
- Ensuring that only authorized people access your account
- Promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized access
Ceremo may support authentication through Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, and other authentication systems. You are also responsible for complying with the terms of any third-party authentication provider you use.
We may refuse, suspend, restrict, or terminate an account if we reasonably believe that the account is being used unlawfully, abusively, fraudulently, insecurely, or in violation of these Terms.
5. Event owners and organizers
If you create or manage an event, you are the event owner or organizer for that event. Event owners are responsible for the following.
- Configuring event settings correctly
- Deciding who receives event links, guest links, QR codes, and invitations
- Managing guest access
- Ensuring that guest information is provided lawfully
- Choosing whether guests can view uploaded content
- Choosing whether guests can download uploaded content
- Deleting inappropriate or unwanted uploads where appropriate
- Downloading or backing up important event content before expiration or deletion
- Ensuring that the event complies with applicable law and these Terms
If you manually enter or import guest data, you confirm that you have the necessary rights, permissions, or lawful basis to provide that data to Ceremo and to use Ceremo to contact those guests.
6. Guests, RSVP users, and uploaders
Guests may use Ceremo through invitation links, RSVP links, upload links, event links, or QR codes. Guests may be able to RSVP, submit event information, upload content, view galleries, download content, or send voice memos depending on the event settings chosen by the event owner.
By using a guest, RSVP, upload, or event link, you agree to use the Service responsibly and only for the relevant event.
Guests and uploaders are responsible for the content and information they submit, including RSVP responses, meal preferences, notes, photos, videos, voice memos, captions, and other uploaded or submitted material.
7. Event links, QR codes, and sharing settings
Ceremo allows event owners to share access through links and QR codes. Depending on event settings, anyone with access to a link or QR code may be able to access parts of an event, upload content, view content, or download content.
Event owners are responsible for deciding how links and QR codes are shared. Ceremo is not responsible for unauthorized access or disclosure caused by the following.
- Sharing event links publicly
- Forwarding guest links or QR codes
- Posting event links online
- Screenshots
- Screen recordings
- Downloaded files
- Guests sharing content outside Ceremo
- Account compromise caused by weak passwords or user error
- User configuration mistakes
- Third-party sharing outside the Service
Event owners should treat event links and QR codes as access credentials and share them only with people they want to access the event.
8. User content
"User Content" means any content or information submitted, uploaded, recorded, created, imported, sent, stored, or shared through Ceremo, including the following.
- Photos
- Videos
- Voice memos and audio recordings

- Event names and event details
- Cover photos
- Guest lists
- RSVP responses
- Notes to event owners
- Meal preferences, allergies, dietary restrictions, accessibility needs, accommodation needs, transport needs, and other guest information
- Any other material submitted through the Service
You keep ownership of your User Content. Ceremo does not claim ownership of your photos, videos, voice memos, RSVP responses, or other User Content.
By uploading, submitting, importing, recording, or otherwise providing User Content, you grant Ceremo a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, copy, display, transmit, and make the User Content available according to event settings and only as necessary to operate, secure, support, and improve the Service.
This license allows us to provide the Service, including storing uploads, displaying galleries, sending invitations, processing RSVP responses, making content available to event owners or guests according to settings, generating previews or thumbnails, delivering support, preventing abuse, and maintaining service reliability.
9. Responsibility for User Content
You are solely responsible for your User Content and for the consequences of uploading, submitting, sharing, or making it available through Ceremo.
You must not upload, submit, import, or share User Content unless you have all necessary rights, consents, permissions, and lawful bases to do so.
This is especially important where User Content includes the following.
- Other people
- Children or minors
- Private or intimate moments
- Personal data
- Sensitive information
- Copyrighted works
- Audio recordings of other people
- Guests' personal needs, health-related information, or accessibility information
Ceremo does not guarantee that User Content will remain private if event links, QR codes, downloads, screenshots, screen recordings, or files are shared by users or guests outside the Service.
10. Prohibited content and conduct
You must not use Ceremo to upload, submit, store, share, distribute, request, or promote the following.
- Illegal content

- Resell or commercially exploit the Service without our written permission
- Use the Service in a way that violates applicable law or these Terms
11. Content removal, suspension, and termination
We may remove content, restrict access, suspend accounts, cancel events, disable links, or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe that one of the following applies.
- Content is illegal, abusive, harmful, or prohibited
- The Service is being misused
- These Terms have been violated
- There is a security risk
- There is a payment issue
- There is a legal or regulatory risk
- We are required to act by law, court order, authority request, platform rule, or provider requirement
- Continued access may harm Ceremo, users, guests, third parties, or the integrity of the Service
Where appropriate, we may notify the affected user. However, we may act without prior notice where necessary to protect users, comply with law, prevent abuse, preserve evidence, or secure the Service.
12. Plans, event passes, subscriptions, and free trial use
Ceremo may offer free usage, event passes, subscriptions, paid plans, or other paid features.
Ceremo may provide a limited free trial or test allowance, such as 10 free uploads, to allow users to test an event before purchasing a paid feature. Free usage limits, trial availability, and included features may change from time to time.
Paid features may include limits or conditions, such as the following.
- Storage limits
- Upload limits
- Guest or RSVP limits
- Hosting duration
- Event duration
- Feature availability
- Gallery access
- Download access
- Support level
- Retention period
The specific features and limits of a plan, event pass, or subscription are shown at the time of purchase or in the relevant product description.
We may update, change, remove, or introduce plans and pricing from time to time. Changes will not reduce access already purchased for an active paid period unless required by law, necessary for security/legal reasons, or otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
13. Payments
Web payments may be processed by Stripe. iOS in-app purchases and subscriptions may be processed by Apple through Apple In-App Purchases.
By purchasing through the Service, you agree to pay all applicable prices, taxes, and fees shown at checkout.
For Stripe/web purchases, payment processing is handled by Stripe. For Apple in-app purchases, payment processing, billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds may be handled by Apple under Apple's own terms and policies.
Ceremo does not store full payment card numbers or card security codes.
14. Cancellation
You may cancel a subscription at any time.
If you cancel a subscription, cancellation stops future billing but does not automatically refund the current paid period. Unless stated otherwise or required by law, access continues until the end of the already paid billing period.
For Apple In-App Purchases, cancellation must be managed through Apple's subscription management tools. For web/Stripe subscriptions, cancellation may be managed through the Service or by contacting support@crahooli.com, depending on the available account features.
15. Refunds and withdrawal rights
Consumers may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if the event pass or subscription has not been used.
An event pass or subscription is considered used once the user starts using paid features beyond the free trial limits, creates or activates paid event capacity, uploads paid event content, sends paid invitations, uses paid RSVP capacity, enables paid storage, or otherwise consumes paid entitlements.
Subscriptions may be refundable if unused, subject to applicable law, platform rules, and payment provider rules.
For Stripe/web purchases, refund requests should be sent to support@crahooli.com. We may require information sufficient to identify the purchase, account, event, and payment.
For Apple In-App Purchases, refunds are handled by Apple. Users must request refunds through Apple's refund process. Ceremo cannot guarantee Apple refunds or override Apple's refund decisions.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply under applicable law.
16. Event expiration, storage, and deletion
Event uploads may be stored for a maximum of 2 years, depending on the selected plan, event pass, subscription, or product.
After an event pass or subscription expires, event content may be deleted after 1 month.
Ceremo may notify users before expiration or deletion, but we do not guarantee permanent storage or permanent availability of any event, upload, RSVP data, guest data, photo, video, voice memo, or other User Content.
Users are responsible for downloading and backing up important content before expiration, cancellation, deletion, account closure, plan downgrade, or service discontinuation.
17. Account deletion
Users may request account deletion through the iOS app, the web portal, or by contacting support@crahooli.com.
When an account owner requests account deletion, Ceremo starts a 30-day grace period. During this period, the account remains usable and the deletion request can be cancelled.
After the 30-day grace period expires, Ceremo deletes the account and associated events, uploads, RSVP data, guest data, voice memos, and related content, except for information that must be retained for legal, tax, accounting, security, fraud prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.
Guests and uploaders without an account may request deletion of their RSVP response or uploaded content by contacting support@crahooli.com. We may need information sufficient to identify the relevant event and content.
18. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, available at https://ceremoapp.com/privacy-policy.
By using the Service, you acknowledge that personal data will be processed according to the Privacy Policy.
19. Third-party services
Ceremo depends on third-party services and platforms, including providers for authentication, hosting, database storage, email, analytics, diagnostics, payments, push notifications, and mobile platform distribution.
These may include Firebase, Google, Apple, Supabase, Amazon Web Services, Vercel, Resend, Stripe, Sentry, and other service providers.
We are not responsible for third-party services, payment processors, app stores, authentication providers, hosting providers, or external websites that we do not control. Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms, privacy policies, fees, and rules.
20. Availability and changes to the Service
Ceremo is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or permanently available. The Service may be affected by maintenance, updates, bugs, outages, infrastructure failures, third-party provider issues, app store rules, internet disruptions, security incidents, or events outside our control.
We may update, modify, suspend, discontinue, or remove parts of the Service at any time, including features, plans, limits, pricing, integrations, or supported platforms.
Where a change materially affects paid access, we will take reasonable steps to handle the change fairly and in accordance with applicable law.
21. Backups and data loss
Ceremo is not a backup service. Users should keep their own copies and backups of important photos, videos, voice memos, guest lists, RSVP data, and other event content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ceremo is not responsible for data loss, disclosure, or unavailability caused by the following.
- Event expiration
- Subscription or event pass expiration

These Terms do not grant you ownership of Ceremo or any intellectual property rights in the Service.
You may use the Service only as permitted by these Terms and the functionality provided by Ceremo.
You must not copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, reproduce, distribute, sell, rent, sublicense, or exploit any part of the Service except as allowed by law or with our written permission.
23. Feedback
If you send us feedback, ideas, suggestions, or feature requests, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation to you. We are not required to treat feedback as confidential.
24. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ceremo disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, reliability, accuracy, and security.
We do not guarantee that the following will be true.
- The Service will meet your expectations
- Any wedding guest will RSVP or upload content
- Uploaded content will be appropriate, lawful, or authorized
- Event links or QR codes will remain private if shared by users
- Downloaded or copied content can be controlled after leaving the Service
- The Service will be available at all times
- Content will be stored permanently
Some laws do not allow certain exclusions of warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.
25. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crahooli s.r.o. and its directors, employees, contractors, service providers, and partners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, emotional distress, wedding-related losses, or loss caused by disclosure of event content.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will be limited to the amount you paid to Ceremo for the relevant event pass, subscription, or paid feature in the 12 months before the claim arose, or EUR 100, whichever is greater.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence where applicable, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer protection rights.

- Guest data, RSVP data, or imported data you provide without sufficient rights or permissions
This section may not apply to consumers where prohibited by mandatory consumer protection law.
27. Consumer rights
If you are a consumer, you may have mandatory legal rights under the laws of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or limit rights that cannot be excluded, restricted, or limited by law.
If there is a conflict between these Terms and mandatory consumer protection law, mandatory consumer protection law will apply.
28. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may notify users through the Service, by email, or by another appropriate method.
The updated Terms will be posted on https://ceremoapp.com/terms-and-conditions with a new "Last updated" date.
By continuing to use the Service after updated Terms become effective, you agree to the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Service.
